HOW CAN YOU HANDLE THESE CHANGES? How do you regain your Strength, Stamina and Capacity

Very important is having wholesome food, food which really nourishes you. The best food will be organic and locally grown.
Being in nature, being with nature and breathe her strength and energies is indeed helpful.
Then there is the more psychological side of these changes, we are living with. Many of us have deep hidden emotions. They can be from our early childhood, but also from other lifetimes.
The good thing is there is help to have.Therapy in person or on Skype.
I am a Therapist over more than 30 years. Gradually I have developed a therapy called Emotional/Trauma release Therapy.
Being a Seer, an emotional empath, I am born with certain gifts to be able to read the body of my client. A situation, where a dialogue is started happens. I do not give the therapy or the healing. On the contrary my client and I work together and my client is present going with me and experiencing, how we together release even very deep traumas. In the work we connect to higher forces and to the core of our planet. Very often other beings, guides, Angles or nature being will be present all willingly to assist in the Healing, in the transformation of traumas and inner wounds.
Trained in 1963 as a nurse, but did not agree with how patients were treated neither by doctors or nurses, I decided to become a primary School teachers. However I did not have A-levels. As I lived in England, I did them as self-study, sitting on the Danish Embassy for written exams. Trained in Denmark for teacher, had music-therapy with physically and mentally handicapped, both at the school and privately. Had a fostering business in my home with employees. Volunteers created a Medical herbal garden "Oroe Urtehave" in my home and we had a BB-business. Now living on Fejoe another island and have here a clinic. I am a certified Acupuncturist TCM and Western Medicine. Have specialised in sessions via Skype: Emotional/Trauma release therapy and Healing.
